If we have to cancel the order after we have processed the payment, the said amount will be reversed back to your credit card account. No refunds shall be applicable on the orders made by the User under the Cash on Delivery (“COD”) option.
CANCELLATION BY US
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled shall include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or any defect regarding the quality of the product. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.
CREDIT CARD DETAILS
You agree, understand and confirm that the credit card details provided by you for availing of services on the Site will be correct and accurate and you shall not use the credit card which is not lawfully owned by you, i.e. in a credit card transaction, you must use your own credit card. You further agree and undertake to provide the correct and valid credit card details to us. Further the said information will not be utilized and shared by us with any of the third parties unless required for fraud verifications or by law, regulation or court order. We will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability for use of a card fraudulently will be on you and the onus to ‘prove otherwise’ shall be exclusively on you.
The price of our product is inclusive of the VAT. The VAT charged shall depend upon the destination where the order has to be shipped. The tax rate applied to the order will be the combined tax rate for both state and local tax rates in accordance with the address where the order is being shipped. We reserve the right to collect taxes for shipping charges wherever applicable.
We endeavour but do not guarantee to deliver the products to Users within 1-2 weeks from the day of close of sale depending upon the shipping location. Other factors include delay in delivery through the courier partner, transporters’ strike etc. We reserve the right to make delivery of the goods by instalments. If the goods are to be delivered in instalments, each delivery will constitute a separate contract. You may not treat the contract (as a whole) as repudiated if we fail to deliver any one or more of the instalments or if you have a claim in respect of any one or more of the instalments. If you fail to take delivery of the goods, we may at our discretion charge you for the additional shipping cost.
Please note we insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.
Kindly note that we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, or 48 hours during sale periods. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by third party delivery agencies and/or due to time required for statutory clearances during the delivery process.
Further, we may at times be unable to deliver the confirmed order(s) to you and the reason for the same could be inclusive of but not limited to the following:
(i) unavailability of the relevant product;
(ii) poor/improper/defective quality of the relevant product ascertained through our quality audit process; and
(iv) inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information. In the event of any circumstance(s) as aforementioned; you shall not be entitled to any damages or monetary compensation.
In the event we are unable to deliver the confirmed order(s) as mentioned herein-above and the payment for such order(s) has been made by you through your credit/debit card, the amount paid by you while placing the order(s) on the Site will be reversed back in your card account. No refunds shall be applicable on the orders made by the Users under the Cash on Delivery (“COD”) option.
The User unilaterally agree to indemnify and hold harmless, without objection, the Company, its officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, actions and/or demands and/or liabilities and/or losses and/or damages whatsoever arising from or resulting from their use of www.krambica.com or their breach of the terms.

As a company policy we do not provide refund/return on any product once sold. Once the Krambica pieces are sold they can be exchanged for replacement in a bigger size. (provided the aforementioned terms and conditions are met). Customer gets a credit note, only when the desired size of the product is not in stock.

If the product is not from sale section & eligible for size exchange, you may email at email@example.com or DM us on our whats app number. within 1 working days or 24 hours of delivery to request an exchange.
Once acknowledged by the team during next working day, please send the product back to us yourself, we do not have reverse pickup facility. Please do not forget to take acknowledgement receipt from the courier person about the number of products you are dispatching with his signature and mobile number. Krambica will not be responsible for any lost shipment.
The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail.

Exchange Request can be done within 24 hours from the date of deliveryOnly products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging and eligible for exchange.Please mention your name, address, number, email and order id on the parcel along with the size needed.Please do note, that exchange is allowed once per order.
Size exchange is available (in case of size exchange, the customer is eligible to get a bigger , equal to the amount of the exchanged product minus the shipping/COD cost of to & fro ).
Store credit equaling the amount of the exchanged product minus the shipping/COD cost of to & fro with a validity of 30 days from the date of receipt of store credit.
The cost of shipping to & fro (reverse shipping as well as shipping charges) for the product is to be borne by you.
Non-acceptance of COD Orders
In case, customer does not accept the COD order after shipment, such customers will not be able to place COD order on our website in future. In some genuine cases, we might not place the customer in NO COD list.
We strive to deliver products purchased from Krambica in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. For all the purchases That are PREPAID, we will deliver the order to your doorstep at minimum shipping cost.

The standard shipping time is 10-12 working days. The time period can vary sometimes due to external factors. Incase the delivery is not done in 10-12 working days we do not refund or cancel order, Customer will have be patient until the package is delivered. We try to deliver all products as soon as possible.
If the order gets cancelled, lost or undelivered then we will refund the money.

Customer are informed here that we use third party courier services for logistics of orders’ parcels. In unforeseen and unfortunate cases wherein courier services refuse to accept customer’s claim of wrong or tampered delivery or non-delivery of parcels, Krambica shall not be held liable for any loss until below mentioned guidelines are followed by customers.
If the package delivered is verified by OTP then we do not accept the denial of receiving the package . Customer will have to accept the decision given by the Krambica.
If parcel is received in tampered condition, customer shall refuse to accept parcel from courier person.
Even if parcel is intact, Customer ought to video-record the act of opening the received parcel as proof of any unforeseen and unfortunate case of receiving wrong or missing products inside parcels.
In case of customer denying receiving the parcel while courier company shows parcel to be delivered, customer needs to raise the issue within 48 hours of delivery message. Krambica will share Proof of Delivery (POD) with the customer after receiving it from the courier company. Even after sharing POD, if customer refuses to accept the authenticity of the shared POD, Krambica can only assist the customer in raising the concern with the concerned courier company. POD wont be provided to OTP verified delivery .
